With replacement Elektuur/Elektor “Mini-Crescendo” power amplifier

I got this 1970's amplifier sometime in the 1980's from my late uncle. The power amplifier was broken and he had bought something new at that time. Only these days I read that this probably was a known problem, caused by some wrong diodes. Anyway, as a replacement power amplifier I found the “Mini-Crescendo” from the Dutch Elektuur (Elektor) electronics magazine (issue May 1984). It kind of fitted to the power supply and the available space inside. My uncle had all the electronic schematics of the TA-4650, so I was able to find out how to connect things.

It served me many years, most recently in the study. But meanwhile I have bought something more modern and smaller for that place. I don't have the Sony amplifier anymore.
